What to photograph

Wide shot of the whole vehicle, then close-ups of each damaged area. A photo of the VIN plate helps too, if you can find it (usually on the dashboard or driver's door frame).

Response time

We reply to every request within one business day, usually much sooner. For anything urgent, just call the shop directly.

Insurance or not

Doesn't matter either way — we'll give you a straight estimate and can coordinate with your carrier if you're going that route.
